Michael's

Maybe I've told you about Michael's?
I LOVE MICHAEL'S!!!!!
You can find absolutely EVERYTHING crafty and it's not very expensive. I promised myself a magasine if I did my workout this week, it's the one called "mini albums". The rest was things I have earned. I am sooooo happy!

I have now paper and stuff all over my room and I love it. Feels more like me!

Picnic in my room

At first we planned to go into Boston today, but then we didn't really feel that we wanted to do it, so we took a powerwalk in Coldspring Park (i had my sweater only, it was about 60 farenheit outside). Then we went to my house for some snack. Since I am eating good stuff only we had eggs, apples, peaches, dried cranberries, frozen berries and 80% dark chocolate. Julia was tired and took a nap - she would kill me if she saw this picture :)

The eggs don't really fit in, but they were the mainsnack and the rest was more dessert of snack...haha

We wanted to play a boardgame but since Julia always loose at chess and hates monopoly there wasn't much we could play since my family only have wierd games. So - why don't you make your own FIA!!!?! I won, of course and we had beads as our things to move. It was great! After this we went to Michael's.

Easter

It is totally crazy, but they have already started to sell easter things at CVS! We thought valentines day was early, but this.... hello? It's January!!

Chicken salad

This Tuesday I was off already at 4pm, so I made some chickensalad and put it in containers for the rest of the week. I have my healthy week this week, I do my workout like a crazy and eat healthy things only. So proud of myself!

Monday-movie

Lighted up some candles and watched "hypnotisören" this monday. Niiiice!

Saturday night

After the New England Aquarium we went home to my house to make a fancy dinner. We went to whole foods to buy the ingredients for "skagenröra" with baked potatoes in the oven. We bought shrimps, red onions etc.

We bought a package of watermelons as an appetizer while we waited for the potatoes.

Shrimpcutter.

Dessert for our movienight. Love!

Dinnermaking.

We also played chess meanwhile the dinner was getting ready.

Julia sucked.... I won.

Yummie, dinner!

Happy girl!

Julia brought some ice cream for dessert. We watched Magic Mike, an okey movie. Great night.

New England Aquarium

First time we traveled with BLUE LINE at the T, score?

Minus, minus, minus outside. Long line equal to: cold! I couldn't feel my legs!

We realized we were happy that we didn't see the whole line from the beginning, then we would never have chosen to go in. But now we didn't see that and it was fun inside, so that was great :)

This was disgusting...... There were so many in here, more fishes than water pretty much.

Turtles!

Julia said "oh, I bet that is their dreamjob",
Euh.

Biggest snake I have ever seeeeeeeeen..

Electric eel.

Mussels.

The penguins were supposed to be here too, but they were on "vacation" since they were rebuilding.

"Rock Gunnel" haha.

Here are the tiny blue little penguins. So cute, but I felt sorry for them...

Seals.

Boston Harbor.

Lionfish in the middle of the rocks.

Lionfish.

Clownfish.

We had a great time, it was too bad they were under construction, but it was great to see the animals and fishes. Fun!

Prudential Skywalk

Since it was a clear, sunny day we decided to go to Prudential, the higherst tower in Boston, to go skywalk and get a nice view over the city.

The elevators up to 50th floor.

The bridge over the snowy lake is the bridge over to Cambridge.
The high tower stands next to an old church at copley square.

Fenway Park, the green and red thing!

New England houses!

We had lunch at Au Bon Pain; sallads and wraps, before we went to New England Aquarium.

Greek Restaurant

Friday night, we decided to go to the greek restaurant!

Terese and Julia.

We ordered food for two persons instead of three, and shared it.
We have experience of eating too much.....
It feels like my wierd stomach is back, I am starving but as soon as I start eat I am full and almost feel sick.. It is just strange! But this was yummie!
After that we went to my place, my family had already gone to Andover, so we watched a movie "the Town" in the family room in our house. Me and Terese had already seen the movie but it was supposed to take place in Boston and it totally did! It was so great to see Harvard and North End. They are inside Fenway Park and it is so cool to see it in a movie when you have been there. I am going to watch Legally blondie and some other movies with scenes from Boston. Love it!

Swimmingclass

Waiting for Arno's swimming class at the gym YMCA.

Model Magic

Arno had homework from school to make a Wetu (some indianplace/tent or something). We helped him to build the surroundings out of model magic.

When we were done with that we got to do whatever we wanted. Arno made a little dragon.

I made a fox/dog and some fruit..

Natick Mall

Yesterday Julia asked if she could come and hang out at my place. We ended up at Natick Mall instead.
We ate tacos in the food court (oh, heaven - it tasted real tacos!).

I have realized that I have absolutely no interest in clothes anymore. I just grab whatever I have and buy new things cause I need them..
I got so excited about Miami in March, so I bought both a dress and a skirt (believe it or not!!). Felt like I needed something different this vacation! It is one of these skirts that is short in the front and long in the back. I liked it!

Waiting

While I was waiting for Arno's gymnastics I ate a turkeysandwich at starbucks and read my book.

Cheesecake Factory

It seems like Tuesday's are the Cheesecake Factory-day.
Here are Julia and Terese.

Madde and me.

We ordered 2 pizzas to share. Totally enough.

"The everything pizza", it was so yummie!

And the mainreason to our visit ofcourse: the cheesecake!
Raspberry chocolate truffle. Not as good as red velvet, but I want to try many before I decide my favorite..
Awesume night with nice people!

Panera Bread

This Monday I had dinner with Emelie at Panera Bread in Newton Center. So cozy and nice!
We haven't seen each other in a long time so we had a lot to talk about.

UNO's restaurant

This weekend we had dinner at UNO's too.

The coziest restaurant ever!

We shared appetizer muchos nachos. That was enogh for two as you can see!

And brownie mini dessert. Perfect meal, perfect amount.

Fenway Park light show

We bought tickets for a tour in Fenway Park.

I would like a car like that..

A last picture in the elevator...

Girls-day in Boston

Today I went into Boston with Sarah (german), Sofia and Alina (german). We walked around in some stores, just looking around.

Then we went to Sofia's hostdad's restaurant, close to Quincy Market.

We got food "on the house" so we didn't have to pay anything.....

Alina & Sarah.

Sofia.

This was my food. Pasta with chicken and bacon, tomatoes and a good sauce. Loved it.

I just had to take a picture of Sofia's food too.

Julia came too, when she had finished working. We walked along freedom trail for awhile.

The weather was beautiful, but a little bit cold.
After this Julia and I said bye to the girl and went to Fenway Park Light Show.

Breakfast

The best breakfast, yum!

Providence - Boston & busride

We had a hell of a morning.. We had bus tickets for 10.30 to Providence, but the T didn't show up so we had to run through South Station, but we still came 4 minutes too late, the bus was gone. Soooooo sad. But then I asked the guy at the Peter Pan-company desk if we could go with the next bus at 12.30 instead and that was ok. So we walked around a little in Boston and went to starbucks for some panini sandwiches.

Finally on the bus. Julia and this new girl Therese that arrived here in Newton a week ago.

Providence - River Park & around it

We ate some dinner at Panera Bread. I bought wild berry smoothie, and it was awesume!!

Therese and Julia next to the ice skating rink.

Providence - Prospect Terrace

We began our walk up to the Prospect Terrace. Lovely houses and the weather was georgeous!
But here I just realized that I had lost my phone!!! I wasn't very worried about it, but it's never fun to have to tell Lori and Charlie.. It feels like stuff like this happens to me all the time. Luckily I found it on the bus when we went back home again. Such luck that it was both the same busdriver and the same bus. I was so happy the whole way home!

Reminded a little about Gränna.

Up here was like a little "park" with grass and a few benches, with a great view over the city.

Therese.

Some kind of statue.

On our way down again. John Hay library.

Friday dinner

Since my family went to Andover this weekend, from friday afternoon til monday afternoon since they are off on monday, Julia and I decided to have friday dinner and movienight with the last Millennium movie.
My family left the house about 4-4.30 so while I was waiting for Julia I started to cook and bake for the dinner. I made salmon and baked potato in the oven (with my special-spiced sauce), kladdkaka as dessert and I bought raspberry licorice and popcorn at whole foods. It was soooo yummie and Julia got so happy. She came around 7 and had expected us to cook together. I like to surprise! Neither of us fell asleep during the movie - score!
Well, we had a great night, this is what we call "fredagsmys"!

Crocheting

I made a little tart/cake as my first real crochet thing.

Cabot's

Just got home from a lunchdate with Julia, Ebba and a new girl - Madeleine.
We had burgers and wraps and ice cream/frappe as dessert (I'm so full now). It was great!

Raspberry sorbet frappe.

Julia and Ebba.

Springfield

We got to see a lot of the american country-side. So exciting!

It was very foggy though.

A bridge.

A bridge over Hudson River.

You can't tell where the mountains stop because of the fog!

Springfield.

We went to a restaurant/pizzeria to get some food.

We thought we would be clever if we shared a pizza. Then we wouldn't have to eat too much..

...and we could order some garlic bread to. Oh, how tasty!!

But when our "medium" pizza came it was as the size of a family pizza according to me... It was huge!!

We forced ourselves to eat three of the 14 pieces each and then bring the rest of it home. So now we have a big, big, big pizzabox in the refridgerator -.- haha!

This was the end of our trip. We had SO MUCH FUN and I am so glad we did it. Julia is the best and I am glad to have her.

Albany City

When the course was over we went into Albany City.

In some places it was really trashy!

Some parts of the city reminded me of Holland and Amsterdam..

Oops, it burned..

Washington Park.

I can imagine it will be very beautiful here in the spring and summer.

It was so cute, I had to bring it up to my room....

Digital Photo course.

We walked around between the courses, here is the breakfast room.

Some decorations.

Sal A. (the wallpaper had men with horses and dogs!!)

The pool... here we kind of wished for summer....

Lunch for this day was pasta in a tomato sauce. We ate with some swedish people so I didn't take a picture, but then they had to go so I took one of Julia when she had stolen someones cheesecake.

White Ballroom.

It doesn't look very fancy from outside.

Another corridor inside.

The dinner at Saturday night. Some kind of stew. Felt like real food.

I don't know what this was.. it wasn't very tasty.

The table for soup.

One of the bathrooms.

At melodrama. They were trees.

Old grandma, a horse, cat and a dog, a hero etc, etc, etc.

Here was from the latino dance lesson. It was superfun!
The handsome guy is the one in orange sweater - the girl was constantly flirting with him and they danced all night, to bad for me?! hahah..

Silverbay - Friday

Happy girl, when we first got here?!

The entrence to the white ballroom (diningroom). This hotel was fancy, reeeeeally fancy. It had several diningrooms for different events.

A sneakpeak of white ballroom. "I wish we could eat there" was my first though. I had no idea that was exactly what we were going to do... It looked too luxury for simple aupairs, but I guess we deserve a fancy stay too.

My bed in our room.

And Julia on her bed in our room. The beds were so soft, we slept like princesses.

Our bathroom.

Our bathroom with me.

The corridor.

Decorations in the corridor. They were obsessed with paintings of riding men with horses and dogs, like hunting or soemthing. The paintings were all over the hotel, and it was a BIG hotel.

We did get a sneakpeak into this room when it was open (for some reason) - oh. Just oh.

White Ballroom for dinner.

Soup as appetizer.

Napkin ready!

Chocolate mousse as dessert. Nice surprise!

Decorations in the corridor.

I was tired after all the traveling.

Silverbay - Car ride

Welcome to New York, the Empire State!
Thank you.

Getting closer to Albany!

My first american sight of a scrap yard of cars!

The east coast version of Golden Gate Bridge?

Silverbay day three

Woke up at 7 am, took a shower and then got ready for breakfast downstairs.
Today we only had two classes - american social life and american holidays. Both were really chill, we mostly sat and talked around and laughed, on american holidays we had to make up our own holiday. Our group had a mexican and a german girl too (and us ofc) and the german girl made up something about dressing up trashy and look however you want to look on this day. We agreed since nobody really cared, even though this was a pretty silly idea. However, the classes were over and we picked up some lunch and packed our bags. This weekend past incredible fast - I don't know what happend. It feels like we just got there...
We hit the road and drove to Albany city - we had some time left since we were out of the hotel at 12pm. We walked around in Albany and went to Washington Park. Then we hit the road again and went to Springfield (on our way home) for some food and just look around a bit. It was a really great trip. Julia drove most of the time, I took over when it was an hour and a half left until we were home. It was dark and foggy but it all went fine. (She has a volvo by the way!!!).

Silverbay day two

Today we got up at 7 to have some breakfast buffet. It was really great, an american breakfast. I will post pictures as soon as i can. The breakfast room was also pretty fancy, as the rest of the hotel. Our first class for the day was digital photagraphy - pretty much like my course at njudung, but in english so it was still fun, but i can't say i learned a lot. But still. The next one was american pictographs - completely unnessecary! It was just stupid to draw signs like these from old times. We were going to make up a story and then we came in the same group as two other swedish aupairs. Alex and Louise. The next class was manage your life to control time and money, also completely unnessecary since they pretty much told us to save money and to make lists if you were busy at work... Weh, hello!?
The next one was song bingo with a handsome guy (!) and we had to make up lyrics to a childsong. It was pretty crazy to hear all the songs, but fun! Our song was the worst though. We had lunch and dinner in between here some time too. we went to a travel class too - the only class that actually gave something according to me. We got a lot of tips how to travel save and cheap, which places to visit etc. Now both julia and i really want to go on otur vacationmonth..... After that we had melodrama, something the teachers had made up, a roleplay were some of the aupairs were actors. Luckily for us we didn't have too. It was so much fun! Then we had this latin dance session which also was fun, even though both julia and i suck at it. But we had a great time and laughed so much, that is all that matters. It feels like everybody here on silver bay are happy and knows how to be a funny person. Everybody are so easy going. It's chill. Everything is chill! I will write more tomorrow or some day. See you!

Silverbay - day one

 Hello!
Now we are in Albany at the silverbay course. This was so much better tham i could ever have imagined. The car-ride wasn't that bad, only about 2,5 hours and we had a good time, we listened to music and just chatted. We hadn't seen each other in a week or something soooo.... Well, not exactly but that was what it felt like.
We got here about 3.30 and walked around a little just to make the time go since the check in was from 4-11pm. As I said, we were very early, but we didn't mind. The hotel we were staying at (i didn't even know we were going to stay at a hotel) was superfancy and luxury - not expected!! I will post pictures of it when we get home. We watched some episodes of friends on Julias iPad and explored the hotel a little before It was time for dinner - south western soup as an appetizer and chicken with some rice as entree and chocolatecake as dessert. Wow, what a fancy restaurant, napkin in the lap was like a small thing compared to this. Which knife will i use first? Which glass can i use etc. White ballroom was it called. we even had servingpeople! It is a big hotel and we are about 80 aupairs according to Mike, one of the leaders. He seems to be a funny old man.
Our room is big and nice, everything here is clean and fresh, our beds are soft and cozy. Tonight at 9 we had a welcoming-meeting that was going to last for 2 hours, but we only had to stay for 30 minuters, so i think this will be kind of chill. Now we are going to bed, just watch some movies on the iPad or read a book. Tonight I will fall asleep happy. Goodnight everybody! Xoxo

Friday

It always feels like I have so much to say, but when I am sitting here writing I kind of forget it all.

I am soon leaving to go to Silverbay. Julia will pick me up in about an hour and a half. It turned out that the people we were going with had changed plans. I guess that was a good thing because Julia and I would die of that girl - she didn't stop talking...
The kids were really sad that I was leaving, it's cute even though I don't understand why. We spend so much time together, they should just be happy to get rid of me?! When I drove Arno to school (he wanted some extra time to play a game...and I had some stuff to take care of) he kissed me on the cheek before he went out of the car - both of them told me to have a great weekend when we said bye when they were going to school - how thoughtful isn't that? I mean, they are kids after all...
Both Lori and Charlie said the same, they are really supportive and always wish me good luck with things. They are awesume! This morning when I drove Arno to school (he wanted some extra time to play a game...and I had some stuff to take care of) he kissed me on the cheek before he went out of the car

Now I am sitting here, I just took a shower after a 25-minutes workout. It feels great. Now I am ready for a 2-3 hour long drive. I will try to take some pictures during the weekend, I can imagine it will be like training school.. I am not very excited, but I don't think it will be boring either. It is nice to go away for awhile, just do something different so we'll see what I think afterwards.

Well, now I don't have time to sit here and waste my time. I will pack some lunch for the trip to avoid the fastfood restaurants next to the roads.. I will talk to you later, bye!

Swimming

I walked in the corridor with Arno when it was time for swimming. Suddenly a man opened a door right at us and almost stepped on Arno. Arno, by reflex, said "Oh, I'm sorry" (even though it wasn't his fault) and the man just walked away like nothing had happend. Yes, that's how we want it in our future. He is so well behaved!

Pile of snow

Arno found a big pile of snow before gymnastics this Wednesday.
He kept asking me if I wanted to join him up there but when I finally tried the snow wasn't hard enough so my foot fell through, just a little. Arno said, confident, "that was nothing, the snow won't break". Then he stepped there by himself and ALL the snow broke! I couldn't stop laughing. He's snowboots were filled with dirty snow...

My day

My day today was pretty good. I made Arno a cheese sandwich for lunch and walked him to school. When I got home I studied for a couple of hours, so now I am done with all my schoolwork. As you may know I am going to this weekend course and had some homeworks to go with it. Finally done with everything, now I am just hoping they will accept it. I kind of copied a little from this blog. The task was to write 2000 words (each) about myself and a daily journal about expectations etc...
I skyped with Frida to say "happy birthday" and just chat a little, then I talked to mom and dad for awhile. Time goes fast when you're having fun. I watched some episodes of Friends and had tomato soup for lunch, peanutbutter cereal and an apple as desert. Yummie!
Then I went to pick up Arno from school and we sat and were just playing around during snack-time for a moment. Mirea went up to the attic where Lori was. Then the kids had to get ready for their activities - gymnastics and dance. While I waited I read my book (I park next to a big lamp on a parkinglot so I can see - how smart is that?!) and then I picked them up and we all went home.
When I got home Lori came to me to talk a little. We don't really talk much about stuff usually (it sounds so boring and sometimes we dooo, but usually I am tired or they are busy) and she said that she had seen my note on our internet calendar about my parents visit. She was so positive - she is just great! She also mentioned that I can always go to my room when the kids are in their rooms - that I don't have to "sit and do nothing just to show that I work" which felt so good for me. Usually I make up something to do so they won't think I don't care.. I mean, it's not like it's hours, but still, it felt good. She also told me I don't have to get up exactly at 7 every morning any more if I don't want to, which also felt great!! It feels like this is something we should have talked about before, but it seemed like they wanted to change their schedules since the kids are getting older. I also have sooo many free weekends these comming months, I am so happy. I almost started to cry before. I am happy. This family is great, life here is great!
Now I will watch some episodes of friends and then go to bed. Tomorrow I will sleep in a little bit. Yeeeeeeeeeah!

Union Street

We needed to get out of the house for awhile. So we went out for dinner to Newton Center.
Since Lori was home today I got off from work really early, about 4pm. So I hang out with Arno to play pickup sticks and I also watched some episodes of friends before I picked Julia up with the car.

American. Spicy. Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. Looks more like a hamburger to me..

We realized this was both a bar, restaurant and a pokerplace.

So, when I got home Lori and Charlie had dinner with some friends. I knew that before, but what I didn't know was that the woman was swedish. Åsa. It turned out that they have their summerhouse outside Huskvarna and that they love to go shopping at a6. There is a small world after all. It was nice with a complete stranger that said "hej"...

Pickup sticks

I said to Arno that we had plenty of time to do stuff today after pottery - that I was up for everything. He wanted to play pickup sticks in my bed while we were drinking hot chocolate. Cutie. So he brought his green pillow (handmade with only one button) down to my bed to make it more comfortable.

Pickup sticks in a bed?? But as you can see here we made it work.
He won (and he cheated a little too) with 12 sticks. Suddenly he was a PRO!!

Sleep-over & shopping

After Blue Man Group Julia and I went to her house to continue our Millennium-marathon and I slept there.
The next day we went in to town to meet a girl we are going to go to silver bay with, Maffe - a colombian girl.
We were going to go to a museum at harvard, but then we deciced to meet at starbucks instead (I hate museums). Both Julia and I got surprised of the girl - she talked non-stop and had been here 9 months. She extended her year with another so she are going to stay here until 2014. After awhile her friend came, she went to harvard, and we had a nice chat over a cup of coffee or hot chocolate.
We said good bye to them, after more than 1 hour (we had only planned to say hi and then go), and then we went to Newbury to go shopping. They said they had sale today for some reason.

Not on sale, but necessary and nice!
I might be boring since I bought everything at H&M, but I like their clothes!
When I went back home, early afternoon, I talked to Olivia on skype. It was so nice to hear from her and I could tell she had missed me. (I feel like she is part of the past, but it was still fun to speak to her).
I think that's pretty much all I had to say. This weekend are we going to Silver Bay weekend course, we'll see if that turnes out to be fun or not... Atleast we will get our three credits and then I won't have to study here anymore. Maybe I should start to write on my homework - 2000 words about myself + journal/diary of something. Hah! Talk to you later, xoxo

Blue Man Group

Public Garden on our way to Blue Man Group.

We bought halfprize-tickets in Copley. We still don't know why it's half prize, but - just smile and keep going!

The bar.

You weren't allowed to take pictures in here so I took a sneak-photos.

Here's one of the blue men. I recordered a few clips, but had to hide my camera so it was pretty bad.
Well, this show was... crazy. The blue men had scary blue masks and were really great at drums. It was also like a show and nobody spoke. They played drums with paint - really cool, and they picked up volonteers (involontary too) from the audience to do tricks for the show. Julia and I was so nervous they would come and get us! It was a big band behind them and the music was fantastic!
After awhile they said "partytime" and started to play partymusic, discolamps in the roof and some kind of bif plastic pipes fell down from the roof. It was still stuck in the ceiling but was twirling around in different colours. The next second the staff started to roll out toiletpaper som holders on the walls. A minute later there were toiletpaper all over the place. It was totally crazy!!
They had big uplighted balls, like four, with air in them that the audience touched to move in different spots.
Wierd, but cool. I am glad I paid half prize, it don't think it would have been worth 70 dollars for that, but it was still fun. I am glad I went...

Greek Restaurant

Friday night before our Millennium marathon at my house.
We had lamb/beef gyro platter and chicken gyro platter. Sooo awesume!!
We'll definitely eat here again, it tasted almost like "grekisk pyttipanna" at home, which is one of my favorite dishes.

Cleaning-day!

My room was extremely messy, so I decided to do something about it!

And here's the other part:

Now I am proud of myself - now I deserve a great weekend!

An ordinary day

I just felt like writing here, so why not?!
Today is just a regular day. It was really cold outside, the snow is still there. I drove Mirea to her busstop (2 minutes walk, but she was late and it was cold), Lori said it was better to drop both the kids off with the car, so I drove Arno too. Then I went to Whole foods for some grocery shopping. Lori had written down a lot of asian things, that I usually don't have on the list, but things she used for all the cooking during the holidays. It was so hard to find eveyrhing, I still couldn't find the sambal oelek.. It took me about an hour more than it usually does, just because of that. After awhile I decided to let it go, and I drove to Mobile to fill the car with gas.
When I got home I did some laundry, it's crazy how much laundry they have (and Mirea even wash her own clothes), but I did their sheets too. Feels like I did all of my weekly duties today.
I am also going to take a shower soon and after that maybe watch some episodes of Friends. Make some lunch too - Lori's chicken noodle, vegetable leftovers.
Yesterday Julia and I went to cheesecake factory. I took Red Velvet ( my new favorite) and brought the rest of it with me home - dessert for today!! After that we went to my house to watch a movie. Double Jeopardy - a good movie, but I fell asleep before it ended. Maybe I should watch the end now instead of Friends?
I am also going to write a little in my diary since New York - still haven't done that.. shame on me.
Hope you all are enjoying your day!

New Year - Fireworks

Big, powerful fireworks. I have to admit that it was really mightily!!
Happy new 2013 - may you bring a great year!

New Year - Harbor

More ice skulptures at the Harbor-area. Here was our plan to see the fireworks.

Do you understand how big this tree is when you see my little head down there..?!

New Year - Copley

Our plan was to go to this party place, but when we got there it looked so trashy so we didn't want to go inside.
Instead we walked around a little, we went to Copley.

They had ice skulptures here.

And very loud music with bass - love. That was exactly what I needed.

Still can't believe how they could have such a music outside - it was amazing.

It was on TV!!

The chinese girl is holding a microphone and the guy to the right is recording it.

Really cool!
We also went to CVS, which was open for some reason, to warm ourselves up. Suddenly I heard a pouring sound, like water against plastic. I looked in the next row of shelves in the store and there stood a drunk guy an pied. It was disgusting!!! On the carpet in the store!

New Year - Boston

We walked through Boston Common, there were a lot of people everywhere.

Frog Pond, but no ice skaters today.

A nice, clear view over parts of Boston.

Julia is ice skating on the lake in public garden!

This is me.

Public garden bridge.

On the bridge.

Cozy lamps all over in Boston.

Julia in the parkway.

Me in the parkway.

New Year - dinner

We found a cozy restaurant in North End with new years balloons in the ceiling.

This was awesume - chicken with white wine sauce, tomatoes, mushrooms etc...

Happy New Year!
